CAPI 2019 Alumni Program – Optional Residential Session – Philadelphia, PA

December 10

CAPI Logo

Summary

Is a refrigerator or home security system putting your client at risk? Maybe. While modern technology brings with it many conveniences, society’s reliance on technology has added risks and exposures that demand thoughtful foresight, planning and personal risk management. During the on-site CAPI alumni session, participants will expand their toolkit for addressing common objections and confusion about cyber exposures. They will explore cyber trends and risk mitigation tools that are available pre, during and post breach. At the end of the session, participants will be equipped to discuss cyber insurance trends, exposures, and solutions with their clients.

The program will build upon the themes incorporated in this year’s Alumni webcasts. Through a combination of expert faculty instruction, business case analyses, and discussions with industry thought leaders, participants will explore how exposures are evolving, what this means for clients, and how to apply risk management frameworks that will lessen the vulnerabilities. Additionally, participants will examine personal and commercial cyber coverage, recognizing the intermingling of business and pleasure in their clients’ online and “connected” lives.
