Navigating in a Difficult Marketplace: Straight Talk Strategies | Jenny Naughton, Jonathan Fajen, Tulio Murillo | Chubb PRS
Navigating today’s volatile insurance market requires a combination of technical agility and transparent communication. This “Straight Talk” session brings together Chubb’s PRS leadership across E&S, Risk Consulting, and Customer Experience to provide an insider’s perspective on succeeding in challenging market conditions. Participants will walk away with pragmatic strategies to manage client expectations, leverage risk consulting as a stabilizing force, and find opportunities for growth even in a difficult market cycle.
Pre-Program Preparation
All attendees must complete the two mandatory CAPI alumni webinars by October 31st in order to be eligible to participate in this in-person Alumni program.
Program Tuition
$750 tuition for the 2-day program.
Meals
The graduation ceremony on December 9th will include cocktails and dinner at The Barnes Museum. Breakfast and lunch will be at Steinberg Conference Center on December 10th. Breakfast and lunch will be at The Study on December 11th.
As per previous years feedback, we have intentionally left the evening of December 10th free for you to schedule dinner with your fellow CAPI Alum. The classroom session will end around 5:30pm.
Hotel
You are responsible for covering your hotel. Chubb has secured a special rate at The Study hotel. The booking link will be sent to you in the logistics email on October 1, 2026.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum 30 day notice is required to guarantee a full refund. Please send cancellation requests to capi@chubb.com. Include “Program Cancellation Request” in the subject line, and your original registration information in the message body along with the reason for the cancellation.
Duration
This 1 ½ day CAPI Alumni program will be taught as interactive workshops.
Attire
Casual business attire is appropriate for the program.
