Deepen your knowledge and understanding of key values driven leadership concepts and principles through this unique online offering. The two module course extends Thayer Leadership’s proven learning process and leadership lessons into a virtual setting and can help cascade battle tested learnings from the U.S. Army throughout your organization.

The first module, Values Driven Leadership, challenges you to identify your values and consider how your behaviors as a leader reflect these values in a positive manner. The second module, Leading a Learning Organization, utilizes a proven 4-step framework to drive successful operations, applying concepts such as Leader’s Intent, Back Briefs, Red Teaming, Tactical Pause, and After Action Reviews.

Program Structure

  • February 22, 2021 | 30-minute kickoff webcast with General (Ret) Halstead
  • Self-paced online activities on Mon/Wed/Fri from February 22 – March 11, 2021. (3 hours/week)
  • March 11, 2021 | 90-minute capstone webcast with General (Ret) Halstead

Self-paced online instruction with a suggested daily cadence and a live virtual capstone session.

Tuition

Cornerstone: $200 per seat
Standard: $400 per seat

Faculty

All inspirational leaders of character, lead and facilitate discussions, and provide mentorship and guidance in small, interactive experiential sessions, which reflect the leadership principles, values, and ethics from the U.S. Army and West Point.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum 14 day notice is required to guarantee a full refund. Please send cancellation requests to agency_education@chubb.com. Include “Program Cancellation Request” in the subject line, and your original registration information in the message body along with the reason for the cancellation.
