Summary

The 7 month program is designed to provide a true competitive advantage to account executives and personal lines managers who seek to differentiate themselves in the personal lines market. The program will enhance the experienced professional’s knowledge and expertise when catering to the unique and highly sophisticated needs of successful individuals.  You will be able to identify the Chubb value added proposition to be able to sell product and services and retain your most important clients.  The program will focus on the key issues and communication techniques necessary to effectively manage personal lines insurance accounts of the successful client.

The program consists of 2 in-person classroom learning sessions as well as a series of webcasts and independent study.

Audience

The Client Management School is a unique program for account executives and personal lines managers who focus personal insurance for successful clients. Participants with at least one year of experience will benefit most from this program. You will be notified of your acceptance no later than 30 days prior to the start of the program.

Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses and for making their own travel arrangements.  Please do not finalize any reservations (hotel or travel) until you have been approved for the school.

There are two in-person sessions for this program.

First Session
This session will begin at 1:00 pm on Monday, March 16, 2020 and conclude on Friday, March 20, 2020 at 12:00 pm.

Daily session times are as follows:
Monday, March 16, 2020- 12:00 pm – 5:00pm
Tuesday, March 17, 2020 – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday, March 18, 2020 – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Thursday, March 19, 2020 – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday, March 20, 2020 – 8:00 am – 2:00 pm

Second Session
This session will begin at 9:00 am on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 and conclude on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 3:00 pm.

Daily session times are as follows:
Tuesday, November 10, 2020 – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday, November 11,2020 – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Thursday, November 12, 2020 – 8:30 am – 3:00 pm

If you are making flight arrangements, please make sure you do not book a departure time before 5:00 pm.

Webcasts and Independent Study

There will be an agenda of approximately 20 webcasts during the 7 month program.  You are expected to make all of them, but we understand that schedules sometimes are in conflict.  You will have access to a platform that is just for Client Management School that will house all the recorded webcasts.  This platform will also provide all your independent study.

Tuition

Tuition for the program is $750. For Cornerstone agents, tuition is waived for the first participant. All participants are responsible for their own travel expenses.

Attire

Casual business attire is appropriate for the program.

Continuing Education Credit

There is no CE credit associated with this program.
