Webinar Summary

Business Continuity Planning (BCP) is critical for organizations to ensure resilience in the face of disruptions, whether they stem from natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unexpected events. A strong indicator of program success are the resources invested in preparation and recoverability following a disruption. A BCP is without a doubt a team effort, and at times could seem to be a daunting process with all that needs to be considered when building and maintaining a program. The session will cover how to identify your key stakeholders, justifying the time and expense of the initiative, building the plan, industry best practices, and using management system frameworks.

Note: This webinar is intended to provide a loss control perspective of the topic. Insurance coverage issues will not be covered during this webcast. If you have questions concerning coverage or insurability, please contact your insurance broker or underwriter.
