Impact of COVID-19 Coronavirus

Chubb is closely monitoring the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus and continually reviewing guidance issued by government health authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control, the World Health Organization and local health authorities.

For registered attendees of programs scheduled to begin in March and April, Chubb Agency Education is waiving the 14 day advance-notice cancellation requirement to receive a full tuition refund. Please send cancellation requests to agency_education@chubb.com. Include “Program Cancellation Request” in the subject line, and your original registration information in the message body along with the reason for cancellation.

If a program you are registered for has been affected there may be opportunities to reschedule or transfer any pre-paid tuition to another program or date. If tuition has already been paid, you will be contacted with further instructions on the options available to you including how to receive a full refund.

We understand that this is a fluid situation that is evolving rapidly. It is our hope to reschedule as many affected events as possible and continue our mission to provide innovative, high quality educational opportunities and professional development programs.
