The prestigious 12-month CAPI program features esteemed faculty members of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the Aresty Institute of Executive Education, as well as Chubb leaders and other experts in the high-net-worth marketplace. CAPI provides:

  • Incomparable industry education – The rigorous curriculum is presented via two in-person multi-day sessions on the Wharton campus (as well as one off-campus session), combined with weekly virtual lessons.
  • Small cohort size – We accept a limited number of students into the program each year, allowing for more individualized instruction and more intimate class interaction.
  • Training grounded in real-world experience – Leverage the powerful learning of the CAPI program to address the pressing and practical needs specific to participants’ careers and business.
  • Advice and support – A Chubb advisor is assigned to each participant to guide them through their progress to project and program completion.
  • Connections and community – Participants gain access to industry leaders and experience the camaraderie and ongoing association with their fellow “CAPIs,” both in their classes and through the alumni network.
  • Alumni resource network and ongoing instruction – In addition to two Chubb-sponsored alumni continuing-education sessions each year, participants have access to the recorded and archived virtual lectures of the most recent CAPI cohorts to keep them informed about the latest industry trends and best practices.

Is the CAPI  program right for you?

CAPI  is an investment in your future

If accepted, agent contribution to tuition for the complete CAPI program is $6,000 — much less than the actual per-participant cost (which is highly subsidized by Chubb).

Tuition includes all in-person instruction at Wharton and at Chubb, as well as all virtual lectures, class materials, one-on-one advisor sessions, and more. Travel costs for the residential programs are the responsibility of the participant.
