Application Process

Individuals who are interested in the program should:

  1. Speak to their local Chubb representative to get more information and application instructions.
  2. Complete the online application and submit it to Chubb.

Candidate selection

A team from Chubb will review all applications and nominate candidates for the program. While this team will do its best to accommodate as many qualified applicants as possible, the aim is to admit a class size of 40 individuals per each 12-month program. If we are unable to accommodate you for an upcoming class, we will ask about your interest in deferring your application for the next available 12-month program cohort.

Investment

Tuition for the 12-month program is $5,000, which includes all in-person instruction at Wharton and at Chubb, as well as all virtual instruction. Travel costs for the residential programs are the additional responsibility of the participant. This is a program subsidized by Chubb, and the cost per agent is much greater than the tuition being charged.
