The Chubb/Agency Business School is a three-day program which is designed to enhance the strategic planning and critical thinking skills of today’s insurance industry leaders. Participants will increase their business acumen in the areas of strategy, leadership, finance, and marketing.
This school provides a unique learning environment for agents/brokers and Chubb managers to come together to tackle both strategic and tactical business issues. Working in teams, participants will develop deeper insights about the interdependencies of each other’s business model.
The format is intense and highly interactive with teams competing in a realistic computer simulation that has them managing both an insurance carrier and an agency network. The program will require that the teams develop mission statements, conduct a SWOT analysis, develop a long-term strategy and maximize the lifetime value of customers. They will conduct competitive analysis and market segmentation as well.
The agenda is designed to allow time for the business partners to develop a Spark Plan, which will identify mutually beneficial market opportunities and ways to explore those opportunities together.
