DiSC® is a personality assessment tool that provides insights into one’s natural and adaptable communication and behavior style. Participants receive a personalized 20+ page report about their style, their priorities, their motivators and stressors. They also gain insight about how to flex their style for maximum effectiveness in communicating with different people.
