Summary

This session delivers practical tools to Envision, Enable, Empower and Energize employee potential through effective planning and feedback. The workshop begins with participants completing a Coaching Style Inventory and proceeds through activities and presentations on the leader’s role as a ‘Coach.’ Building trust and accountability, leveraging positive results by goal setting and feedback and creating a ‘Receptive Feedback Culture’ are critical elements of this session.
