Webinar Summary

This 60-minute webinar will introduce four steps an employee can take to help create a workplace that is positive and respectful for everyone: 1) Recognize warning signs; 2) Identify barriers to getting involved; 3) Develop realistic ways to intervene; and 4) Strengthen positive workplace norms. A work environment free from harassment increases productivity, retention, and the likelihood for increased equity. Most people are eager to be a part of the solution when it comes to addressing issues of workplace harassment; they just need the tools to take the next step.
