ISO Commercial Property Coverages

Summary

This one-day course will review the current ISO Building and Personal Property Coverage Form as well as the Causes of Loss forms and several of the more important endorsements. Additional Building Coverages, Law and Ordinance, Increased Demolition Costs and others are also reviewed. At the end of the course, participants will have reviewed the forms and annotated the policy with notes that will help in the presentation of coverages to an insured.
