Webinar Summary

The pandemic has accelerated several key business trends to the point that a new range of opportunities has surfaced. Increased use of technology for shopping, work, play, and learning means new opportunities not just for disruption of traditional business models but also for blended approaches to retail trade, jobs, entertainment, and education. Concomitantly, exposure to new risks (especially around cybersecurity) has become more relevant. A similar development has taken place with the reconfiguration of supply chains and with increasing automation, especially in the service sector. This session will include statistics, examples, and practical recommendations in each of these areas of intense business transformation.
