This course is designed to teach participants to communicate clearly and persuasively in all forms of business writing, and with a focus on email communication. Participants will learn to create compelling, well-organized messages and tailor them to the appropriate audience. They will learn a step-by-step approach to the writing process, reflect upon their own writing style, and examine common issues in tone, detail, formatting, and accuracy.

Students in this course will participate in two (2) 90-minute interactive virtual workshops, and complete a survey to facilitate reflection activities.
