Are you aware of how you come across to others? Who do you need to influence – business partners, clients, managers – to achieve your goals? This interactive workshop helps individuals (and teams) understand how they influence others on two dimensions – their openness in communication and consideration for others. We will look at verbal and nonverbal communication and examine the level of assertiveness in various interactions.
