Summary

Overcome obstacles in your path to becoming a more effective leader by utilizing new skills and team dynamics to successfully negotiate challenging and unfamiliar environments. This one and a half day learning event includes a personalized assessment from Everything DiSC®, interpretive classroom work, and action plan development with online goal tracking for up to one year. You will receive professional off-road driving instruction in order to complete a series of challenges that parallel program lessons while pushing your capabilities to new limits.

Current and future agency leaders with 5+ years of experience.

Location

Programs are conducted at one of four Land Rover Experience Academies located across the US and Canada.

Duration

The on-site portion of this program is 1.5 days. Prework and postwork is required. Results and effectiveness of action plans will be tracked online for up to one year.
