Summary

This three-hour advanced course focuses on providing outstanding customer service in the insurance industry. Participants will learn customer service techniques that can be used by all industry professionals. Participants will focus on understanding the corporate goals, developing an individual time management plan and incorporating customer service techniques into their daily work flow. There will be additional discussion around the benefits of working effectively within their organization as well as the communication, organization and delivery of insurance products to clients.
