An educational webcast presented by Loss Control Services for Chubb agents/brokers and select clients. While Real Estate and Hospitality Risk Managers are often aware of the need to address employee ergonomic exposures, they may be unsure how to best evaluate these exposures. Using a risk assessment methodology to evaluate ergonomic exposures provides a process which allows the evaluation of both office and staff ergonomic exposures. This allows for management to better understand the exposures to their employees and their potential for injury. Management and supervisors can then make the most effective changes to reduce the most significant exposures.
