Webinar Summary

Ergonomics is a multidisciplinary approach to dealing with the variety of ways people interact with technology and the work environment. With respect to the workplace, ergonomic factors are used to adapt the job to the worker, rather than the worker to the job. By understanding ergonomics – and how to analyze and adapt work to avoid ergonomic hazards – everyone can work in ways that reduce risk, control the costs associated with injuries and improve everyone’s safety.

More and more companies are recognizing the impact that ergonomic-related injuries have on their workers and business results. Learn more from our webinar panel, which will include Chubb specialists and the executive director of the Ergonomics Center of North Carolina (ECNC), an organization with extensive experience in ergonomics research, consulting and training.
