The 9-month PRS Client Management School is designed to provide client managers, new producers and personal lines managers with the tools to help them excel and differentiate in the competitive High Net Worth landscape. The program will enhance the participants personal lines knowledge and expertise when catering to the unique and highly sophisticated needs of successful individuals and families.

Participants will learn to identify and verbalize, via examples and stories, the Chubb coverage and service differentiators, resulting in an increase in new business hit ratio and retention. Client Management School focuses on key communication techniques to effectively manage successful individuals and families.

The Client Management School is a unique program for agency personnel who want to enhance their knowledge of Chubb products and services and whose roles include a strong focus on customer service and account retention. Basic insurance experience is required.

Participants must apply to be accepted into this program.


The two residential portions of this program are typically held in Chubb branch office locations.


This 9-month program consists of two multi-day in-person residential meetings, a minimum of 75% attendance of approximately 20 virtual training sessions, and independent study assignments. All required.
