Corey Everett is a Vice President and Claims Leader at Chubb, specializing in senior field property claims across personal and commercial lines. With more than 25 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, he leads a high-performing team responsible for managing over 1,000 claims annually, with an average claim paid exceeding $1 million. His expertise includes complex field property claims, catastrophe response, large loss management, and claims consulting, and he is known for his practical, people-first leadership style, commitment to mentoring others, and focus on delivering strong outcomes for clients and agency partners.
Milissa Malloy leads several key programs within Chubb’s Personal Risk Services organization, bringing deep expertise in property valuation, quality standards, and claims intelligence to the Risk Consulting team. In her role, she oversees valuation processes, leads training on replacement cost methodology and estimator tools, develops marketing materials, directs the quality assurance program, and manages the large loss review process to help ensure accurate estimates, consistent reporting, and smarter risk management decisions. Since joining Chubb in 2012 as a Risk Consultant and later serving as a Risk Consulting Manager in the New York region, she has brought a practitioner’s perspective and strong leadership to every aspect of her work.

David Steier is a Distinguished Service Professor in the Heinz College School of Information Systems and Management. Prior to joining CMU, David was Managing Director in Deloitte Consulting’s Data Science practice. At Deloitte, David helped clients use advanced data analytics and visualization in a variety of industries including health care, banking, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, media and the public sector. Prior to Deloitte, David held positions as Director in the Center for Advanced Research at PwC, Senior Director of Technology and Business Development at Kanisa, and Managing Director at Scient..
