  • AM Session | Navigating the Future with AI | Scott Snyder, PhD | Wharton Business School
    Explore the future of AI in this session, gaining insights and strategic approaches to maximize value for your business and your clients. Delve into the latest AI trends, ethical considerations, and practical applications that can deliver real benefits while effectively managing the risks in insurance and related industries. Participants will gain an understanding of how AI can optimize processes, enhance decision-making, and transform customer experiences.  Participants will also understand barriers to AI adoption and how to elevate their own AI readiness to overcome these challenges.  Expert-led discussions, practical case studies, and interactive exercises empower attendees to navigate the evolving AI landscape, ensuring they are well-positioned to capture and deliver unparalleled value for their business and clients in the future.

    This interactive session will delve into the foundational role of E&S lines in addressing niche and hard-to-place risks while introducing advanced strategies and forward-looking practices for 2026 and beyond. Through group work and case studies, participants will gain innovative approaches, actionable best practices, and practical tools to navigate the complexities of modern insurance needs, leaving with fresh insights and a stronger understanding of how E&S solutions can address today’s unique and emerging risks.

Day 3 | December 12, 2025

  • Building Resilient Operations: Strategies for Thriving in an Era of Rapid Change | Col (Ret) Brazil
    This dynamic session incorporates insights from CAPI alumni feedback and focuses on critical issues shaping the future of business operations. Through engaging classroom discussions and interactive small group activities, Col (Ret) Brazil will provide valuable tools and strategies to address the shifting operating models driven by technological advancements and the growing complexity of today’s business challenges. This workshop will explore key topics such as talent management, fostering resiliency within employees, and implementing robust risk management frameworks to navigate uncertainty. Learn how to build adaptability into your operations, manage complex situations, and prepare your teams to thrive in an era of rapid change. 

    The session will also feature a panel discussion with Col (Ret) Brazil, Jenny Naughton, and Tulio Murillo from Chubb, who will share their expertise and answer your questions on these critical topics.

Pre-Program Preparation

All attendees must complete the two mandatory CAPI alumni webinars by October 31st in order to be eligible to participate in this in-person Alumni program. (Mandatory webinar information will be shared via email by September 1st).

Program Tuition

$750 tuition which includes the event at Barnes Museum on December 10th, educational programs, and meals while in program. You will be responsible for your hotel stay during this program.

Upon completion of your registration, if you have indicated that you require a hotel room, a reservation will be automatically made for you for the nights you will select during registration.

You will receive your hotel confirmation directly from The Study via email in late November. You are responsible for any changes/cancellations once you have received this confirmation. Upon check-in you will be asked for your credit card information.

Meals

The graduation ceremony on December 10th will include cocktails and dinner at The Barnes Museum. Breakfast and lunch will be at Steinberg Conference Center on December 11th. Breakfast and lunch will be at The Study on December 12th.

As per feedback received from last years program, we have intentionally left the evening of December 11th free for you to schedule dinner with your fellow CAPI Alum. The classroom session will end around 5:30pm.

Please indicate any special dietary restrictions (e.g. religious, vegetarian, vegan) or food allergies when completing your registration form.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum 30 day notice is required to guarantee a full refund.  Please send cancellation requests to capi@chubb.com.  Include “Program Cancellation Request” in the subject line, and your original registration information in the message body along with the reason for the cancellation.

Duration

This 1 ½ day CAPI Alumni program will be taught as interactive workshops.

Attire

Casual business attire is appropriate for the program.
