Chubb’s Personal Risk Services Development Program is a five-day program designed to help develop the skills and expertise necessary to effectively differentiate Chubb’s products and services using storytelling techniques. The program focuses on enhancing the producer’s knowledge of Chubb’s sellable differences, aligning coverages to clients’ needs, and developing a personal sales story.

Participants will learn about Chubb’s personal product line, gaining an understanding of how the distinctive coverages and features meet the unique and highly sophisticated needs of successful individuals. Chubb products to be covered include:
Using a consultative sales approach, participants will learn sales techniques that focus on the needs of the successful client in addition to best practices for delivering effective presentations. Coverage knowledge, sales and presentation skills will be applied through the use of case studies.
Inside and outside sales people with basic PL knowledge that are focused on obtaining new business, and who want to develop a command of Chubb products and services.

The tuition for the PRS Development Program is $500.
For Cornerstone agencies, tuition is waived for the first participant.
Casual business attire is appropriate for the program.
There is no CE credit associated with this program.
A minimum 14 day notice is required to guarantee a full refund. Please send cancellation requests to agency_education@chubb.com. Include “Program Cancellation Request” in the subject line, and your original registration information in the message body along with the reason for the cancellation.

If you selected check payment, please mail your tuition check in the amount of $500 and include a copy of your registration confirmation or indicate the participants name and “PRS Development Program – Philadelphia Nov. 2026” on the check. If you selected credit card payment you will receive an invoice with online payment instructions via email within 10 business days.
