Chubb’s Personal Risk Services Development Program is a five-day program designed to help develop the skills and expertise necessary to effectively differentiate Chubb’s products and services using storytelling techniques. The program focuses on enhancing the producer’s knowledge of Chubb’s sellable differences, aligning coverages to clients’ needs, and developing a personal sales story.

Selling the Difference

Participants will learn about Chubb’s personal product line, gaining an understanding of how the distinctive coverages and features meet the unique and highly sophisticated needs of successful individuals. Chubb products to be covered include:

  • Chubb Homeowners
  • Chubb Auto
  • Chubb Valuable Articles
  • Chubb Collector Car
  • Chubb Rec Marine
  • Chubb Excess

Consultative Sales Training & Presentation Skills

Using a consultative sales approach, participants will learn sales techniques that focus on the needs of the successful client in addition to best practices for delivering effective presentations. Coverage knowledge, sales and presentation skills will be applied through the use of case studies.

Audience

Inside and outside sales people with basic PL knowledge that are focused on obtaining new business, and who want to develop a command of Chubb products and services. Average experience of prior class participants is 12 years.

One week (Five days)

Tuition

Tuition is waived for the first participant from each Personal Lines Cornerstone agency. Travel expenses are not included in tuition.
