The impact of unconscious bias can be especially pronounced in the fast-paced and dynamic insurance industry. In this session, participants will receive a detailed and practical overview of the concept, including a working definition and exploration of common forms. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how unconscious bias manifests in the insurance environment and techniques for mitigating its harmful effects. By the end of this session, participants will be equipped with a toolkit for building an inclusive and supportive workplace culture with a focus on the reduction of unconscious bias.
