[Invite Only] CAPE | Chubb Academy for Producer Excellence – Northeast

Hybrid – In-Person & Virtual

The Northeast Region, in collaboration with Chubb Agency Education, is excited to announce the Chubb Academy for Producer Excellence (CAPE), a comprehensive training program designed for new agents and broker partners in the insurance industry. Over the course of two months, the program will kick off with 1.5 days of in-person sessions in Boston, followed by two engaging live virtual webinars. The curriculum includes foundational skills workshops on Personal Branding, Active Listening, and Collaborative Relationship Building, as well as sessions on Referral-Based Prospecting, Enterprise Risk Management Selling, and “Creating Your Niche,” along with high-growth industry practices in the Northeast Region.

Producers with less than 10 years of experience who are interested in learning more about Chubb’s capabilities while expanding their industry knowledge and business acumen.
