Matthew O’Neill is the Chief Executive Officer of CX Synergy and Director of Customer Experience for GMG Insurance. Matt is a recognized leader in leadership development and facilitation within the insurance industry, dedicated to advancing the professional capabilities of insurance agents and brokers. He is renowned for his dynamic workshops and training programs, designed to provide rigorous sales training and skill development to insurance professionals committed to excellence.

A frequent keynote speaker at young agent conferences and next-generation programs, Matt shares valuable insights on building significant books of business and delivering exceptional customer experiences in today’s dynamic marketplace. His expertise in moderating panels on the future of the insurance industry, a role he fulfilled with nationally recognized independent agencies in his previous positions, has contributed significantly to his deep understanding of industry dynamics.

With over a decade of experience improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, Matt’s leadership has been instrumental in transforming customer experience journeys within independent agencies and carrier organizations. His work and methodologies drive growth and increase customer lifetime value, resulting in lasting brand loyalty. He authors the monthly LinkedIn newsletter, “A Journey to CX Synergy,” which focuses on enhancing the insurance industry’s perception and credibility through innovative customer experience strategies.

Ann Joyce, MAT, AINS, is a highly skilled insurance education facilitator with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry. She has worked in various roles on the broker and carrier sides, she currently serves as a Senior Learning Specialist for Chubb Agency Education, where she develops and delivers engaging and interactive education programs for Chubb-appointed producers, with a focus on Commercial Lines roles. In addition to her insurance training expertise, Ann is a Gallup Strengths Certified Coach. She has a passion for personal development and enjoys coaching individuals to unlock their full potential.

Cornerstone Tuition: $250
