She has worked in various roles on the broker and carrier sides, she currently serves as a Senior Learning Specialist for Chubb Agency Education, where she develops and delivers engaging and interactive education programs for Chubb-appointed producers, with a focus on Commercial Lines roles. In addition to her insurance training expertise, Ann is a Gallup Strengths Certified Coach. She has a passion for personal development and enjoys coaching individuals to unlock their full potential.
