Summary

The 7-month PRS Client Management School is designed to provide client managers, new producers and personal lines managers with the tools to help them excel and differentiate in the competitive High Net Worth landscape. The program will enhance the participants personal lines knowledge and expertise when catering to the unique and highly sophisticated needs of successful individuals and families.

Participants will learn to identify and verbalize, via examples and stories, the Chubb coverage and service differentiators, resulting in an increase in new business hit ratio and retention. Client Management School focuses on key communication techniques to effectively manage successful individuals and families.

This course is currently closed to new registrations.

Topics

In this program you will fortify product and service knowledge and enhance communication skills to provide the best client experience possible. This includes the following:

  • Chubb coverage overview and comparison
  • Chubb service offerings and how they can benefit your clients
  • Enhancing communication effectiveness with teammates and clients / DiSC®
  • Collaborating with Chubb underwriting & utilizing Chubb SMEs
  • Working with a Family Office
  • Building Relationships

Audience

The Client Management School is a unique program for brokerage personnel who want to enhance their knowledge of Chubb products and services and whose roles include a strong focus on customer service and account retention. Basic insurance experience is required.

Please note that once you have submitted your application, it must be reviewed prior to acceptance.  You will be notified of your acceptance no later than 30 days prior to the start of the program.

Lodging

Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses and for making their own travel arrangements. Please do not finalize any reservations (hotel or travel) until you have been accepted into the school.

Duration

This 7-month program consists of two in-person residential meetings, a minimum of 75% attendance for virtual training sessions and independent study assignments. All required.

Residential Session #1

This session will begin at Noon on Monday, September 16, 2024 and conclude on Friday, September 20, 2024 at 2:30 pm.

If departing on the last day of the session, please book your flight after 5:00 pm to be respectful to the speakers and all other participants in the program.

Residential Session #2

This session will begin at Noon on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 and conclude on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 1:00 pm.

If departing on the last day of the session, please book your flight after 4:00 pm to be respectful to the speakers and all other participants in the program.

Virtual Sessions and Independent Study

There will be an agenda of approximately 20 1-hour virtual sessions during the 7 month program. It is mandatory that 75% of the virtual sessions are attended live. You will have access to a Virtual Academy platform that will house all the recorded sessions and provide independent study materials.

Tuition

Tuition for the program is $1000 CAD. For Cornerstone brokerages, tuition is waived for the first participant.

All participants are responsible for their own travel expenses. Meals in session will be provided.

Attire

Casual business attire is appropriate for the program.

Continuing Education Credit

There is no CE credit associated with this program.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum 14 day notice is required to guarantee a full refund. Please send cancellation requests to agency_education@chubb.com. Include “Program Cancellation Request” in the subject line, and your original registration information in the message body along with the reason for the cancellation.
