MG (Ret) Keith Thurgood has over 28 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Army, including senior leadership roles overseeing large-scale operations and initiatives to support veterans. Dr. Donna Brazil, a retired U.S. Army Colonel with over 31 years of leadership experience, has held key roles including Deputy Head of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership at West Point and contributed to leadership development programs for both military and civilian organizations. She is a certified professional coach and educator, known for her expertise in leader development, resilience, and organizational transformation across diverse audiences. COL (Ret) Tom Magness brings over 26 years of global leadership experience in both military and civilian engineering organizations, including commanding a $5B construction program and mentoring leaders at the US Army’s National Training Center. Since retiring in 2011, he has delivered leadership presentations worldwide with Thayer Leadership, helping over 100,000 leaders embrace his “Leader Business” philosophy. Audience

Location & Lodging

This program includes overnight hotel accommodations for September 28 and 29, 2026. In order to guarantee hotel availability participants must register for the program by Monday, September 7, 2026. Hotel accommodations are not guaranteed for participants who register after the cut off date. Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses and for making their own travel arrangements to and from the the Mountaineers Seattle Program Center.
