Summary
In a business environment defined by rapid change, rising complexity, and accelerating technological advancement, leaders must move beyond traditional management and cultivate disciplined agility, trust, and clarity of intent. The Chubb Applied Leadership Experience, in partnership with Thayer Leadership at West Point, brings time-tested military leadership principles into the dynamic landscape of the insurance industry. Through a blend of virtual preparation, immersive in-person learning, and experiential application, agency, broker, and carrier executives will strengthen their ability to align teams, encourage proactive decision-making, and execute with confidence in evolving conditions.
Led by experienced former military officers and leadership faculty, participants will apply Mission Command principles to real-world business challenges, practice adaptive leadership in dynamic simulations, and explore how to integrate AI responsibly while preserving human judgment and accountability. Leaders will depart with practical tools, sharpened perspective, and a clear action plan to elevate team performance and shape enduring organizational impact.
