This program is designed for Producers, Account Executives, Account Managers, and CSRs looking to improve their communication skills, develop a personal brand, and differentiate themselves from the competition. The session is best suited for professionals with at least six months experience.

She speaks and consults internationally on sales, interpersonal communication, and leadership. Dr. Cindy holds a doctorate in organizational communication and has helped hundreds of companies and individuals create dramatic and sustainable growth. Classes will run from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm ET every Wednesday from October 25 – November 15, 2023.
Attendance is required at all four sessions.

Continuing Education Credit

This program is not eligible for CE credit.

Tuition

$750 ($375 for Cornerstone Agencies)
Any required tuition payment is due a minimum of 30 days prior to the course start date. If registration occurs fewer than 30 days before the course start date, payment is due upon registration.

If you selected check payment, please mail your tuition check in the amount of $750 ($375 for Cornerstone agencies) and include a copy of your registration confirmation or indicate the participants name and “ESS – Virtual Oct. 2023” on the check. If you selected credit card payment you will receive an invoice with online payment instructions via email within 10 business days.
