The Chubb Regional Rising Stars program is an innovative initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders. By providing essential skills, fostering meaningful partnerships, and establishing clear goals, this program empowers high-potential producers to enhance their capabilities and drive lasting growth for their organizations and Chubb.

The program begins with a one-day in-person kickoff session in 2025, followed by quarterly virtual webinars and ongoing business planning updates to ensure steady progress toward goals throughout 2026.

Location & Lodging

This program includes overnight hotel accommodation for November 17, 2025. Hotel accommodations are not guaranteed for participants who register after the cut off date. Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses to and from Dallas, and any incidentals incurred.

Program Costs

Chubb will cover program fees, hotel accommodation for the evening of November 17, and meals during the session. Travel expenses to and from the host city and incidentals are not included.
