Summary

The Chubb Regional Rising Stars program is a strategic initiative designed to develop the next generation of industry leaders. By building essential skills, fostering meaningful relationships, and establishing clear goals, the program equips high-potential producers to strengthen their capabilities and drive sustainable growth for their organizations and for Chubb.

The program will launch with a one-day in-person kickoff session in 2026, followed by quarterly virtual webinars and ongoing business planning updates to support consistent progress toward goals throughout 2027.

Lodging

A hotel block has been reserved for those traveling from outside the Houston area. Hotel accommodations are not guaranteed for participants who register after the cut off date. Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses to and from Houston, and any incidentals incurred.

Program Costs

Chubb will cover program fees and meals during the session.  Travel expenses to and from the host city and incidentals are not included. Chubb will cover the cost of hotel accommodations for non-Chubb out of town guests for the night of November 11th upon request.
