The 9 month program is designed to provide a true competitive advantage to account executives and personal lines managers who seek to differentiate themselves in the personal lines market. The program will enhance the experienced professional’s knowledge and expertise when catering to the unique and highly sophisticated needs of successful individuals.  You will be able to identify the Chubb value added proposition to be able to sell product and services and retain your most important clients.  The program will focus on the key issues and communication techniques necessary to effectively manage personal lines insurance accounts of the successful client.

The program consists of 2 in-person classroom learning sessions as well as a series of webcasts and independent study.

Module 1 | In-Person
This session will begin at 12:00 pm on Monday, April 27, 2026 and conclude on Friday, May 1, 2026 at 2:00 pm.

Module 2 | In-Person
This session will begin at 9:00 am on Tuesday, January 26, 2027 and conclude on Thursday, January 28, 2027 at 2:00 pm.

If you are making flight arrangements, please make sure you do not book a departure time before 5:00 pm CT.

Webinars and Independent Study

There will be an agenda of approximately 20 webinars during the 11 month program.  You are expected to make all of them, but we understand that schedules sometimes are in conflict.  You will have access to a platform that is just for Client Management School that will house all the recorded webinars.  This platform will also provide all your independent study.

Tuition

Tuition for the program is $750. For Cornerstone agents, tuition is waived for the first participant. All participants are responsible for their own travel expenses.

Attire

Casual business attire is appropriate for the program.

Continuing Education Credit

There is no CE credit associated with this program.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum 14 day notice is required to guarantee a full refund. Please send cancellation requests to agency_education@chubb.com. Include “Program Cancellation Request” in the subject line, and your original registration information in the message body along with the reason for the cancellation.

Registration

To register for the program, complete the form below and indicate your preferred payment method. If you selected check payment, please mail your tuition check in the amount of $750 and include a copy of your registration confirmation or indicate the participants name and “CMS Chicago, IL – 2026” on the check. If you selected credit card payment you will receive an invoice with online payment instructions via email within 10 business days.
