Mary-Hunter McDonnell is a Bantwal Family Goldman Sachs Presidential associate professor; associate professor of management at the Wharton School. She holds a PhD in Management and Organizations from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management as well as a JD from Harvard Law School. Professor McDonnell studies organizational behavior and governance within challenging institutional contexts, such as contentious social environments and uncertain regulatory environments. She has published award-winning research in leading peer-reviewed scholarly journals including the Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, the American Sociological Review, Organization Science, the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, and Psychological Science, as well as law reviews including the Cornell Law Review and the Harvard Human Rights Journal.
Stefano Puntoni is the Sebastian S. Kresge Professor of Marketing at The Wharton School. His research has appeared in several leading journals, including Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Marketing, Nature Human Behavior, and Management Science. He also writes regularly for managerial outlets such as Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review. Most of his ongoing research investigates how new technology is changing consumption and society, including how humans are adopting and evolving with AI.
