Summary
This eight-week leadership journey challenges participants to combine character with knowledge and action in order to unleash the “whole leader”. A blend of Online and Virtual components delivers multi-media activities that engage participants, develops connections, facilitates large and small group discussions, and generates self-discovery. The three phases of instruction create an iterative development process that allows time to translate knowledge into action and explore practical application.
The exclusive, interactive digital leadership experience is led by retired General Officers and faculty who share their leadership lessons learned from West Point and the U.S. Army.
