Summary

Virtually everything about how we do business has changed in 2020, and for companies to be agile enough to survive, everyone’s job has had to change as well. Now more than ever, every job is a sales job! In our virtual marketplace, everyone on your team may come into contact with a current or potential client, and every one of those moments is a selling opportunity. In this three-part webinar series, Dr. Cindy McGovern will guide you through the new and dynamic world of virtual sales and service in an interactive and energizing online experience.

The series starts with a look at how the events of the past year have shaped a new approach to business development and customer relations. Dr. Cindy will discuss connecting without the benefit of being face-to-face and handshakes. This series will dive into the art of connecting with your clients in this new environment and how to create deeper relationships.  Finally, we will explore the new language of virtual communication as it impacts all phases of the sales process, including asking for the business, and help participants develop a plan and series of action steps for success.

Dr. Cindy McGovern is the CEO of Orange Leaf Consulting, and the author of the Wall Street Journal Bestseller Every Job Is A Sales Job: How to Use The Art of Selling to Win at Work. She is an expert in the areas of sales, marketing, and leadership within the insurance industry and beyond, and holds a Masters in Communication and her Doctorate in Organizational Communication with an Emphasis on Organizational Leadership and Ethics.
