Summary

Overcome obstacles in your path to becoming a more effective leader by utilizing new skills and principles of team dynamics to successfully negotiate challenging and unfamiliar environments. This one and a half day learning event includes a personalized assessment from Everything DiSC®, interpretive classroom work, and action plan development with online goal tracking for up to one year. You will receive professional off-road driving instruction in order to complete a series of challenges that parallel program lessons while pushing your capabilities to new limits.

Duration

The on-site portion of this program is 1.5 days:
October 7 (1/2 Day Afternoon) & October 8, 2025 (Full Day).

Pre-work and post-work is required. Results and effectiveness of action plans will be tracked for up to one year.

Tuition

Chubb will cover program fees, hotel and meals in session. Travel expenses and incidentals are not included.

Attire

Business casual for classroom sessions.
