PRS Client Management School – Virtual

Summary

The 9 month program is designed to provide a true competitive advantage to account executives and personal lines managers who seek to differentiate themselves in the personal lines market. The program will enhance the experienced professional’s knowledge and expertise when catering to the unique and highly sophisticated needs of successful individuals.  You will be able to identify the Chubb value added proposition to be able to sell product and services and retain your most important clients.  The program will focus on the key issues and communication techniques necessary to effectively manage personal lines insurance accounts of the successful client.
The program consists of 2 virtual classroom learning sessions as well as a series of webcasts and independent study.

We are excited to offer our Client Management School Kickoff and Capstone modules both in-person and virtually this year.  If you wish to attend the kickoff and final module in-person in our Whitehouse Station Office, please fill out the registration form on this page for the week of March 11 – 15, 2024 and again the week of January 27 – 29th, 2025.  If you wish to attend these sessions virtually, fill out the registration form below.

Audience

The Client Management School is a unique program for account executives and personal lines managers who focus personal insurance for successful clients. Participants with at least one year of experience will benefit most from this program. You will be notified of your acceptance no later than 30 days prior to the start of the program.

First Session
This session will begin on Monday, March 18, 2024 and conclude on Friday, March 22, 2024.

Tuesday, March 19, 2024 – 11:30 am – 5:30 pm
Wednesday, March 20, 2024 – 11:30 am – 5:30 pm
Thursday, March 21, 2024 –11:30 am – 5:30 pm
Friday, March 22, 2024 – 11:30 am – 5:15 pm

Second Session
This session will begin at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 and conclude on Friday, January 31, 2025.

Daily session times are as follows:
Wednesday, January 29, 2025 – 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Thursday, January 30, 2025 – 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Friday, January 31, 2025 – 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Webcasts and Independent Study

There will be an agenda of approximately 20 webcasts during the 9 month program.  You are expected to make all of them, but we understand that schedules sometimes are in conflict.  You will have access to a platform that is just for Client Management School that will house all the recorded webcasts.  This platform will also provide all your independent study.

Tuition

Tuition for the program is $750. For Personal Lines Cornerstone agents, tuition is waived for the first participant.

Continuing Education Credit

There is no CE credit associated with this program.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum 14 day notice is required to guarantee a full refund. Please send cancellation requests to agency_education@chubb.com. Include “Program Cancellation Request” in the subject line, and your original registration information in the message body along with the reason for the cancellation.
