Influencing without Authority is a 3 hour virtual workshop that explores:
This experiential workshop is informative and collaborative. Concepts and skills practiced are immediately applicable to your day-to-day interactions.
The workshop is designed for those who do not have positional authority. It is most beneficial for individual contributors, sales, team leads, and those working in a matrix organization. However, we’ve found that supervisors, managers, and leaders will also benefit by not having to solely rely on their “authority” to influence others.

We will be hosting 2 virtual sessions, you only need to register for the one of your choice.
Standard tuition for this program is $200
