The U.S. Army coined the acronym VUCA in the 1990s to describe the post-Cold War operational environment: Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous. Under these conditions the Army developed doctrines and procedures that allowed leaders at all levels to respond effectively.

You are invited to join Chubb Agency Education and Thayer Leadership to explore lessons of the past and apply them to present day leadership and business challenges facing our rapidly changing insurance industry. Audience

Location & Lodging

This program includes overnight hotel accommodations for July 17 and 18. In order to guarantee hotel availability participants must register for the program by Friday, June 21, 2024. Hotel accommodations are not guaranteed for participants who register after the cut off date. Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses and for making their own travel arrangements to and from the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY.
