Summary
The U.S. Army coined the acronym VUCA in the 1990s to describe the post-Cold War operational environment: Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous. Under these conditions the Army developed doctrines and procedures that allowed leaders at all levels to respond effectively.
You are invited to join Chubb Agency Education and Thayer Leadership to explore lessons of the past and apply them to present day leadership and business challenges facing our rapidly changing insurance industry. Learn from those who have reached the highest levels of military service on ways to turn strategy into operational plans; build a culture of flexibility, adaptability, and continual reassessment; and how to promote cross-functional relationships within your organization.
